  • "Amber is an exceptional trainer. For the last 3 months, I have been training with Amber 3 times/week and achieving successful and continual fitness results. I sought out Amber specifically as she has a vast knowledge and experience coaching and training women who have had major abdominal surgery. I had a total laproscopic hysterectomy and Amber has greatly helped me to heal and become strong and fit again. She coaches and instructs with kindness and has high expectations of doing each exercise correctly. Amber pays extremely close attention to detail ensuring proper posture and form during each set. I am very grateful and thankful to have Amber as my trainer and coach as she motivates and challenges me to workout to the best of my abilities. I am continually reaching my fitness goals.   • “I took so long to write a review because I was thinking how I could concise all the words I want to write into small place. Amber was a life saver indeed! I had my 3rd baby through CS and contacted her 8 weeks after then our journey began. 5 months with Amber as PT,health advisor and friend ! Although I am a physician my self I learned alot from her knowledge of body and nutrition during our sessions. She is organized, patient dosent rush the result and tought me to be gentle to my self and trust the process. It is the first time I am consistent with training and looking for it every single day!   • “Amber has been an absolute godsend. When I first reached out to her to start a training program, I felt like I was in the worst shape of my life and it was taking a mental toll on me. Within one month of training with Amber, I was noticing a difference mentally and physically. She is the perfect balance of understanding, caring and empathetic and tough, motivating and disciplined. She does not come to you on Day 1 and expect you to change all of your habits immediately. She worked with me on my training and nutrition in a realistic manner and pace, introducing me to new concepts and information as she was sure I could take it in and build a habit around it that would last. I also really appreciate that she makes herself available to answer any questions outside of training.
